IF YOUR CAR WAS TOWED. SMALL CLAIM COURT. 75.00 DEMANDING REFUND FOR WEST COST TOWING. IT IS ILLEGAL TO TOW A CAR WITHOUT NOTICE, ALSO THE COMPLEX DO NOT HAVE A SIGN POSTED FOR HOW TO CALL THE TOW COMPANY. GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! THIS IS ALL ILLEGAL. They have no posted sign of how to contact the towing company. California state law requires a Notice of a parking violation before they can legally tow your car! Go get your money back!!! Im calling cops as well cause i was never notified. Also it is Not Illegal to park backwards in a parking spot in state of California! if your car was damaged by the tow company small claims court to pay for damages!!! LEARN THE LAWS STOP LETTING THESE PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. WHEN WE STRUGGLING ALREADY GO GET UR MONEY BACK

did you ever get a answer on how to apply for low income at this apartments?
I got a letter too for a pre screening . but I need to know if I will b denied Cuz of an eviction I have .
I live here They're pretty quick but honestly be careful they're always shooting here and there's just alot of drama

I took my client there and they do accept low income and section 8. They also have dedicated disabled rooms that are wheelchair accessible with big wide doors.

Parc grove has 4 bdrm they are on Clinton and Fresno Street across from veterans hospital.
I know fresno well, in this particular place I wouldn't leave any valuables and make sure you lock your car.

You have to pass background check through gfs property management once they call you back and ask you to bring documents check stubs, birth certificate, social, etc if youve had ANY criminal history within the 10 years DONT PLAN ON LIVING HERE!!! YOU WONT QUALIFY
You're going to be hard pressed to find anything at that price. I believe the fair market value of a one bedroom in Fresno was $709 when I got my voucher in 2017. I think the studio vouchers we're only like $75-100 less then. For less than 500 You will probably have to rent a room from someone or get an efficiency like the Jazzy or the places in Chinatown which are between $325 and $450.

They do offer disabled rooms but they take forever to get in because they are so limited. Starting rent is about 800 and they do accept low income housing that they do accept Section 8
