Why would DMV put charger for cars knowing homeless cut steal vandalized on olive waste of money.

Those chargers are not at the DMV, rather at the Department of Transportation/Caltrans. This particular state agency has a security service on site which monitors the property 24/7. These chargers are for emplyee and the general public with electric vehicles to use if necessary. To date there have been no reports of vandalism to those charging stations.

I own a house in the curve of Hwy 41 between Shields and McKinley and thus get hit with highway noise from several directions. How does one request noise abatement for that section of highway?
