Can't say for sure but their hours seem to match the rest of the downtown area. They do have some nights when they are open later, for special events and I think in the summer...
Wear mask and social distance
No appointments are necessary, but if you have a large group and let them know ahead of time they can work with you. It took about a week for me to get my stuff back each of the times I've been there. They do a fantastic job!
There is also a studio fee but there are some days when the fee is waived.
Go to the mud mill they might help
