No appointments are necessary, but if you have a large group and let them know ahead of time they can work with you. It took about a week for me to get my stuff back each of the times I've been there. They do a fantastic job!
You do not need an appointment, the turn around time is 7-10 days. If you do have a large you can call and make an appointment.
