Zero stars if could. The only professional person in this place is Stephanie the manager. Enterprise is better if you can't make it to Hertz Centerville, avoid the hassel and avoid paying for someone else's mistake.

The staff is friendly but that's where it ends. The car that gave me is extremely dangerous. The windshield wiper pumps did not work and I did not know that until I was over 2 hours away and home. The Auto Stop on the car was not functioning properly & the car literally stalled everytime I stopped at a stop sign. If you're going to rent from this place, I would make sure the car that you receive is in proper working order. They literally endangered the lives of my family by putting me in this car.

I rented my car on online and completed the check in process on their website. I was given a bar code for the clerk so I could "Scan and go" straight to my rental. I handed the clerk my code and they refused to scan it and made me repeat the check in process. Then upon repeating the check in process they ran my credit deemed it too low and I was dismissed out the door. It was a complete nightmare and utterly embarrassing. I already went through a credit check and processed my card for the rental online. I still don't know why I was denied in person. All I can say is Enterprise was more than happy to take my bussiness.
