Missed the hash brown that was supposed to come with our #8 meal, no whipped cream on iced coffee that I specifically asked for, given wrong donut. Every part of our order was wrong… lol. The caramel ice coffee and mocha lattes tasted exactly the same - like straight plain coffee. Neither had any syrup that we could taste in them at all. This was the first and last time we try Tim horton’s.

I ordered a chipotle chicken Wrap online got to the window to pickup my order which was paid for through the app. And the girl at the window told me that they don't sale chicken she doesn't know why the app allowed me to order it and she couldn't give me anything in place of it or my money back.

We live about 1mi away so this place should be convenient... Not sure why we even waste our time when Starbucks is literally 3 min further. Besides this locations donuts always taste like burnt oil... Even our 2 year old hates them, they can't even make a decent cup of coffee. Pay 2 dollars and get a dollars worth... Save yourself the time and effort and just go down the road to Starbucks to get a coffee. I'd much rather pay the 40 dollars for Starbucks than the 3 dollars at Timmy's at this rate. ...also note this is an unaltered photo of the coffee before any drinks were taken... I wish I could get my time and money back...
