I’ve always had a good experience at this location and always decent attitudes they vary with who’s working the drive thru.but food has always been hot and good only real problem I’ve ever had with the food was a tender meal 2 of the tenders was more like oversized nuggets instead of more like a tender but no biggie.have to wait a lil bit sometimes due to them being busy and has always looked cleaned.I recommend this place.

I was coming from Dayton, going to Florence KY, I stopped at this location since its close to I75 and I didn’t feel like getting out of the way to order some food. So I ordered the 12 pcs meal, drove off without verifying my order was right! Got home and realized they shortened me with two pieces, I only had ONE chicken breast, 3 drums, 2 thighs, and FOUR wings!! Had to cook food after wards because we didn’t have enough food for all 3 of us! I was like things happen, and people do mistakes! But my wife reminded me that we had the same thing happened before at this location few months ago!

3 problems = 3 stars lost: 1) Popeye's website indicates that the dining room is open until 9pm, but when I arrived at 8:30pm, the doors were locked. There was no sign on the door explaining why carry-out/dine-in was closed. The marquee on the street sign literally says, "dining room now open". I was forced to use the drive-thru. 2) After placing my order for mild chicken tenders, I was told they are out of mild and blackened tenders. They only have spicy tenders, and they aren't making any more chicken today. When I arrived at the window, I confirmed they close at 10pm and asked, "So, you are not making more chicken and will just be out of 2/3 of the menu for an hour and half?" The guy just shrugged his shoulders and said, "I guess so". 3) Clearly the staff here doesn't care about the customer experience. They don't have the common courtesy to post a note, on the door, as to why the inside is [temporarily] closed. They leave inaccurate information on the marquee, knowingly deceiving the public. When the most popular food runs out, they purposely do not make more forcing customers to either: order food they really didn't want or leave and go someplace else. This is just rude. Despite all this, no employee ever apologized for being out of food or the dining being closed.

Tried the blackened tenders. They are cooked fresh-to-order, so there was a bit of a wait, but well worth it. The manager, Amanda, was exceptional and went above and beyond in telling about them and ensuring my order was perfect.
