Had an appt set for 6 months for both daughters at 4 and 415 on 8/30. We arrive and it's obvious front desk isn't expecting us. We got there 15 mins early and waited until 4 pm for her to tell me that the appts were given to someone else since we didn't confirm(Nobody else had arrived). No call no text just an appt card we thought was proof of our appt. Worse part was no empathy from the person at the front desk just yeah we don't have any appts until mid October. Yeah we won't be going back there. Not so much that the appt was even cancelled but front desk lady needs to be better trained when these issues arise.

Love the staff that works there very friendly and very helpful the eye doctor goes over everything with you I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a very good eye doctor he is the best of the best love this place please get your eyes exam once a year it's very importing
