Might as well live in an apartment. Buying a house that's connected to another house? Makes sense in New York but Vegas: I don't think so.

They make decisions without the residents approval. Tell you what to do about your own house. Very rude don't get back to you. Have to call them a million times. Very slow about everything. Tina is extremely rude. Not a pleasant place to live. It's our homes not theirs

We have a special assessment right now bringing monthly payment to $137. I believe the budget committee is suggesting another $4 increase. Hope this answers your question
