I called during my lunch hour. On hold for over an hour. Could not continue to hold, so I finally set it up for a return call via the automated system. But they never called me back. Horrible customer service!

If you're going to change the billing system, then beginning it at the start of the month is most definitely not the ideal time to do that 😕

So glad the City took over the power all those years ago. It almost NEVER goes out, and when it does, like today (the 4th of July), it was back on in under two hours. Thank you 🙏🏽

I contacted 311 for an area that is unkept and full of trash and fallen trees- and they said it was not in that area- but to call Winter Park Utilities- the adress is right off Aloma behind the Wells Fargo Bank and Starbucks on 600 Balfour Ct
