Receptionist charged me twice when I specifically told him to charge for ONE room only. Got a room in the smoking area and yes the room was smelly but one of the towels was dirty, the futon had mice droppings and was dirty as well. When we reported it all to the receptionist he just gave us the info for a Motel 6 but refused to give us a refund. I would NEVER come back here.

No breakfast ,no coffee. Rooms and hallways selt of cigarettes smoke. This hotel needs updated and a good cleaning.

Door key card reader was practically non functioning. The AC wasn't on when we arrived. The hotel room was probably 90°f. Even after being on for several hrs it was still uncomfortably hot in the room! There were burn holes everywhere on the comforters. We decided to leave 4 or 5 hrs after checking in. Went to check out surrending payment without complaint. Then was told I had to come back the next day to get my deposit. ⭐

Horrible. The only good thing was that the bed was clean. Shower didn’t look horrible but you could see light dirt stains from use. Dirty vents and AC. This place advertises breakfast but they only had Quaker chewy bars, coffee, and juice 💀 They have a pool, except, there is a giant sign on the door that says “DANGER, POOL CLOSED.” Also.. the motel’s hallways feel like prison hallways with carpet. But that’s just a critique on the building itself.
