Loved the view and short walking distance to shops/restaurants. A/c was great. Loved meeting “Bob” the seagull.

Older Hotel with some upgrades-A/C unit was frozen up before we got here. Maintenance in the bld is fair at best. Stairway had paint chips all over, plastic gloves sitting there & wrappers on the floor for two days.

This hotel was very dirty. The room was musty and there were bugs on the carpet. Everything seemed sticky. I would never return here, and staff were very rigid and rude. Please, for your own sake, get a room to the Country Club hotel right next door. Rates are similar and the service is incredible.

The room was clean and the main selling point, the view of the harbor, was stunning. The small balcony provided with 2 chairs made enjoying that view so easy. The screen door kept taking off when we tried to use the balcony door but it was easy enough to put back. The staff was extremely friendly and the continental breakfast had good offerings. They did have a bar where you can get a drink while sitting around a fire pit with a great view.
