Received very poor quality of care. Intake therapist accused me of lying after answering questions honestly and told me certain racial stereotypes were actually true. After she assigned me to my full time therapist and told me he would read my intake notes he opened the session by asking me the same questions I answered the previous week and informing me he had not read the notes. He told me he would call me to schedule my next appointment and never did. I looked through the other reviews and it seems like maybe there are some good therapists at the office but the owner or managers clearly do not care about their patients. They post the same generic response to every 1 star review in response to the patients they have failed. Seek help elsewhere.

We brought our son in to see Chantil starting in 2021. He was 8 and we needed to find a solution for behaviors that were causing some challenges for us and his teachers. Chantil was able to cue in on behavior patterns that we noticed, but didn't have a full understanding of to address fully. She gave us some crucial pointers, which we applied and began to notice changes. She provided insights for us that helped to refocus on communication, but more importantly, maintain patience. The relationship with our son continues to improve as we understand his needs. We feel more capable, more inclined to take a deep breath and try to listen better to him with the tools provided. Thanks to Chantil we feel better prepared with more information, resources and understanding to support him before the new school year starts.

Well, I'm out of luck with this place. First appointment I had with then with Anthony ( can't remember the last name ) I showed up 10 minutes prior to my appointment ( 9:50am ) some really nice lady asked me if I had been taking care of. I explained that I was there for a 10am appointment with Anthony, she said she will let him know I was there. A few minutes later she comes back out and tells me he is running a bit behind. So I waited and waited. They don't have a front desk or anyone available on the spot you can talk so at 10:33am I decided to call them on the phone. I'm not going to make this review longer than it already since. They told me they weren't able to contact Anthony and they apologized for the inconvenience. I called a few days later and re scheduled with a different person now. This time I got Paula Johnson, I was so looking forward to my appointment, I even refused a work shift to go to my therapy, and guess what. I get a call that morning that Paula got injured and they had to cancel my appointment. I am going to take this as a sign, that this place is just not meant to be for me. Horrible that they weren't there for me when I counted on them, and that I even lost a work shift for nothing.

Ms. Simone is an incredible woman that absolutely hands down has my absolute respect. Her very soul is just comforting and sweet and honest. She has been an tremendous light the past few months of my counseling. She is always transparent and yet always in a professional manner. I truly thank her for her unbiased and honest words. I always thought counseling was for people who couldn't handle themselves or angry beings. Counseling has changed my outlook on a lot of things. It's so much more and to have a person that truly cares and wants to help. Ms. Simone is truly a blessing in my life.
