I live on a second floor apartment. We have 1 1/2 year old baby. Ever since we moved in our downstairs neighbor has been making complaints to the HOA and they have been fining us $100 per month (for the last 12 month)based on these complaints. With no proof, no meetings that we can attend. The “noise” they been issuing us is about my 1 year old running she weighs 25 pounds. This place is discriminating against renters who have young children. We have been living in apartments for many years both on second floor and on the first floor all over the world as I am a retire U.S. Marine, and we have never had such unbelievable disgraceful events happen. It is un heard of. Can I say that you make to much noise in your apartment and get you fine for $100? I will seek further actions through the Veterans Administration, the VFW, and the BBB. This is just an injustice. No one man can have such power. These people are a joke the whole business is a joke

BBB accredited business (30 yrs of amazing)! Great price! Excellent service! Extremely accessible! Unthinkable polite, particularly the hardworking owner. Inspiring polyglot employees that remind me of my college years at UCLA! Very knowledgeable in landscape maintenance. Fantastic legal background that ensures me the true value of my FREE classes at NRED Ombudsman office. So helpful to provide Association records. All HOAs in town should have asked one of the three bids from Kallfelz. They are not the cheapest, but the best ever in town! Indeed reviews are written by some fired employees who couldn't handle the work and badmouth the former employer. Kind of subjective! Love, love, love my new Community Management Company! ! If the court orders your subdivision to hire a PROFESSIONAL CAM, HOA Management is the one! Check out the NRED classes and have a quality life in a HOA-managed community-- Just let the pro do the work for us!

My condominium community was in dire straights. HOA Management has assisted our board members with vetting vendors, holding positive meetings, and goal setting. The daily support we receive from their helpful staff is very valuable. HOA Management was the right choice for this 272 unit community.

Questions & Answers

I live on Applecrest St in the Woodcrest comm. behind us is Shermcrest St. The 4'9" retaining wall behind us allows all passing by to look directly into our bedrooms feels unsafe and no privacy. What is allowed to add height to the wall?

The HOA only makes decisions based on how it looks. If the city allows for modifications put in a request with the the homeowners association. If it looks good there shouldn't be a problem getting it approved.

What can be done if a person working on a car in front of your residence and spilled motor oil on the car they working on.

Send management the address of the resident that is doing the work. time and date they made the mess and where the mess is. You may want to put something absorbent on the oil. Cat litter, sand or dirt to soak it up. Working on the car and spilling the oil are both violations.
