They are Condos for the Rich. They are Buy, Rent or even B & B. Nice place, high dollar and 1/2 mile maybe from The LV Strip.

Young is not a problem there are alot of folks who are retired as for investment potential is sold with the highest rental 3 bed is going for$120.000 a year. 😀
