I don’t appreciate rudeness and hostility early in the morning at 7am. The woman working the front desk failed to greet us, immediately harasses us about wearing a mask. I’d also like to mention she did not give us eye contact, wasn’t even facing our direction when she said it. I let her know our mask tore in the car, and if we could borrow one. Before i finish what I’m saying she interrupts and says “next time you guys need to be wearing your own mask when you arrive”… again hostility is completely unnecessary especially at 7am. You could’ve just said oh ok, you guys can definitely borrow some mask. Next time please remember to bring your own. I let her know we’re there for bloodwork and abruptly answers “doesn’t start until 7:40. Again no eye contact… so i asked her to repeat it, “excuse me did you say it won’t begin until 7:40”. Yes. She answers very hostile and slams a clip board on the desk. Without another word…… ok ??? So i ask her “do you need me to fill this out” and she says yes for you and the patient (my son)…., when i come into the doctors office i like to be greeted, i like to be asked what my name is . I appreciate being helped. Simple guiding words, like “how can i help you today, please fill out these forms. And this experience was everything far from that it was truly disgusting. I can’t believe what difficult time this woman had showing decent human kindness and respect. Never introduced herself either

I am very annoyed by the service of the staff that works in front, they ask you for papers according to qualify for low resources and they charge you more than other clinics that do not have a "low resources" program apart from paying my consultation according to low resources of 95 pay 100 and they never returned the change I never return there are better clinics with much better prices you make an appointment and they see you an hour later I do not recommend this clinic at all

Tried to get an emergency appt for a tooth that broke in half. They wanted to make me aqn appt for a month out. Not only did the girl i spoke to not understand the word emergncy but was as rude as could be
