Great nurses and doctors in the ER. Always pleasant professional and thorough. Never fun to be in the ER but they are great. Thankful they appear well staffed after such a demanding period of time due to COVID and also still servicing the community’s needs.

Absolute worst hospital and nurses in Maine. OBGYN nurses are disrespectful and uneducated. Hope for anyone going through a pregnancy, stays away from this establishment. For your own good.

Some of the nurses are nice and caring, but overall the staff has a bad attitude. My mom broke her foot and I brought her there. Ran in to get some help and they told me to get a wheel chair and go get her myself. The told her the only reason her foot hurts is because it’s bruised and isn’t broken. The thing was twice the size that it should be. Told her she was fine and to walk on the heel of her foot without crutches or a boot. And that’s just one example of the terrible survive they provide. Would give them less than 1 star if I could. Highly recommend you don’t go there if you can help it.

Caring professionals associated with Maine med and teaching hospitals. Good experience with family members coming for diagnostic and imaging procedures. Some good experience in emergency also ( although I wish they had an urgent care service in addition to emergency like at Bridgeton). And if you're there during a meal time, very good cafe services. It is a cornerstone of the community.
