Owenhouse Cycling doesn't carry Cannondale e-bikes, but they do have a few other brands. You can rent specific e-bikes from them as well. There's some information on their website: www.owenhousecycling.com
Doug, Our standard tune up is $70.00 but with older bikes it's really very hard to say depending on the vintage of the bike. As bike age there are many issues with rust, leather rotting, plastic and rubber dry rotting etc. Plus in addition again depending on the age many parts may not be available any longer. As for master links this again all comes down to the age. The best thing to do is bring it in the shop and one of our mechanis can get hands on it and give you specific details and prices.
