They show items online available in store for pick up but they are not available in store so they need to update website better.Customer service not good could not get assistance in trying to find my items and when I did get assistance to find my items they were sold out when it said in stock.Went to Home Depot got friendly customer service and was able to get all my items I was shopping for.

I have always been satisfied with Lowes until tonight’s service. The manager of Springfield, MO Lowes located at 1850 E Primrose street who goes by the name of Brian. To start the night off, the employees were excellent. When it came to loading the $1300 of purchased material, the employees were also great. At one point all employees left in the middle of loading and we didn’t understand why. We were all discussing a plan to safely get the merchandise home when we had decided on the plan and the employees were going to help. The employees went inside with the understanding they were going to come back out. We waited for 10 minutes and my brother-in-law went back inside to ask one of the helping employees if they were still going to cut the boards as previously discussed. The employee then told him that the manager, Brian, told them to quit helping us and get back to work. This was dissatisfying. So my brother in law walked up to the manager and asked if they could still cut the boards for us. The manager, Brian, then rolled his eyes and said yes. If this is the kind of people you have managing your store, I certainly hope you are monitoring it. We drove an hour and 45 minutes to use this store and sadly will not be back due to the arrogance we experienced tonight.

If you purchase it through them, they will send it to the company repair center. If you purchase it somewhere else, that will give lead you to where you can go
Sometimes they are rude but i find it that way at most places if they are busy they should just try to get some one who could help
