We just had our rather ill cat, Jareth, to the Ark and we are very pleased with the services we received. Dr. Hess and Tech Cali were most helpful in their diagnosis and treatment for his case of beginning stages of pneumonia /asthma and dehydration We would definitely recommend this practice Thank you Dr. Hess, Tech Cali and frontline staff!!!

One line for no one to answer. Terrible service. Have an urgent issue with my dog and all I get is “Well sorry, just filled our last appt”. No kidding, I’ve been calling for over 15 minutes and couldn’t get through. Time to find elsewhere!

Are NEVER available to HELP with your FAMILY (pet). Live in the area and this is our primary Vet, have had multiple needs and told evey time that they DON'T have the time. Dog sick? They will tell you they are to busy and to take them somewhere else. DON'T waste your time and just call a vet that actually cares about your FAMILY.

Was new to the area and needed a new vet clinic for my two GSDs, this clinic had ok reviews and was one of the closest clinics to me. Not a fan of this office. They did not try to establish a relationship with me or my pets, all the receptionist/vet techs/doctor. I had to book an “initial exam” or whatever it’s called, for them to meet my dogs just to get an idea of their care needs, and I specifically noted that I needed several things checked and taken care of, only some of which were completed, and not satisfactorily. I was also shocked at the cost of the visit, it was way more than I am used to paying for such basic care. My dogs were also very uncomfortable at this clinic, which is not common for them. Every other clinic they had been to they were fine, but they were very fearful of this clinic and everyone in it. We will be seeking somewhere else
