Dr. Townsend is by far the best vet I've dealt with in this area.

Dr Townsend is great. He takes his time to examine your pet and explain what he finds and how to treat the problems. You can tell how much he loves animals.

Great veterinarian! He is exceptional as he not only is great with small animals but also horses and cattle. That is a rare thing these days. His knowledge goes above and beyond and his prices are very reasonable. He will be missed when he retires!

I think they charge $60.00 for a cat. But, talk to Dr. Townsend about the cost he is very Reasonable.
He does make farm calls usually just for large animals.
Yes he does cut dogs nails. You need to make appointment . Sometimes he has to put dogs to sleep because it's nails are to long.
Thanks ik when they r open just not sure if I could walk in or not
Use only this vet!!!! Get the prescription then go on 1800 pet meds. You can buy in bulk at a lower cost than any vet can offer. Chewy is good too. This vet would also give you this answer. Best vet in WV. Also treat your home and yard. Fleas don't stay on your dog. They also lay eggs in your house. Best treatment for your yard is Dawn dishwashing liquid. Put in a chemical sprayer attached to hose. At least every 2 weeks or more if it rains. And never take your pet on a walk where you know it's not treated.
Look up on the net under Dr. Townsend, All Creatures vet in Hedgesville WV 25427. And there may be a website.
I'm pretty sure it cost $60.00
Exam is $35-40. Antiobiotic depending on how bad infection is could be a little more. Possibly $20 or more depending on if its pill or liquid form and how much the cat may need. Dr. Townsend is great, he is compassionate and truly wants to help.
Usually about $30.00 to see the vet, plus the medicine for his ears. Dr. Townsend is the best, he has always called us back when needed. I hope Winston feels better soon.
Idk the cost, some vets won't do declawing anymore. In case you didn't know this I thought I'd tell you. Declawing is not recommended anymore because it's like cutting their fingers off. In order to declaw they must go back so far that it would be like cutting off our first joints on our fingers. Also if they are going to be outside at all they wouldn't be able to fight back if an animal attacked them or even run up a tree. You can Google it if you like. They sell plastic things you can put on their claws to stop scratching. Hope that helps.
