I recently got a storage unit at the 81st and Memorial location and Ms. Lynda was amazing! She went over everything about the unit so I there were no Gray areas. Very polite and fast service! I definitely Recommend!! Thanks Lynda! You deserve a vacation! 😁

I had a great experience checking into my new storage unit here. Maria was absolutely phenomenal. She called me to confirm my move in, greeted me day of, walked me to my unit to ensure sizing, then completed my checkout process. She was incredibly helpful and kind. The facility itself is clean, secure, and impressive. I look forward to continuing to rent my storage space here!

Sydney W is the best manager EVER! I just left another facility that greatly disappointed me. I did a little research and found this Public Storage location. Upon entry Sydney gave the warmest welcome to me. The office smelled so fresh and all surfaces were freshly sanitized. That put my mind at ease immediately. Prices were fair, easy setup (the app opens the gate!!!) and transparency throughout the process. I could NOT ask for anything else. Sydney is such a gem and is very hands on with the well-being of the faculty for clients. I wish I knew about this place sooner. I would have signed up QUICK! Really got down to understanding what I was looking for, and really took the time to listen and explain and answer every question I had. Thank you Morgan I'm so glad I picked the right storage and had the pleasure of meeting you! You guys should really let her run that building whatever promotions is higher then manager because she truly goes above and beyond! ✊🏼🙏🏽❤️
