Customer service is great and the store is clean. However, there is no public toilet, no indoor seating, nor any available outlets anywhere inside to charge your devices.

Customer service was great and the store was clean. However, there was no indoor seating nor any available outlets anywhere inside to charge your devices. Outside seating area was decent, but there was a deranged homeless woman screaming profanities which detracted from the ambiance of the location. The drink was great, but I had to enjoy it on the go.

This Starbucks is great. The employees remembered me after only 1 visit. They will ask about my work and ask me about other things I never expected them to remember. Obviously a Starbucks is going to be similar wherever you go in the way of taste and whatnot. That is a given. This place stands out because the people here actually seem to care about their customers. I come back more and more just for the people.

Ask to speak to the manager directly. If that doesn't work, speak with the corporate office of Starbucks and file a complaint. Also be sure to ask for the store number so that you can efficiently file a complaint about that specific store.
Plastic screen between staff and public. One person at a time inside when ordering.
