I paid over 5,000 for various repairs on our house & was told nothing can get in. We now have a mouse infestation 3 months later (11mice caught). After several disappointing phone calls, I finally got ahold of Steve who came & looked at the repairs & said the whole job was done very poorly. Steve fixed the repairs & is refunding us some of the money. Orkin, give Steve a raise as he is your only honest employee. We asked to be taken off their call list & to cut all ties with the company but they constantly call & continue to bother us about a warranty that we do not want or is useful.
