Fantastic! I needed a new brine tank after mine developed a crack and was leaking. Ordered a replacement and it was shipped same day! Arrived in time to swap it out between regeneration cycles so we never missed a beat. Best price I found anywhere and the float valve assembly was included! Swap out took 15 minutes including shovelling all the salt out and chopping up the old tank. Perfect

Ordered a Fleck 9100 water softener from here and it arrived very quickly with everything included. They pre programmed the unit and pre-lubed all the gaskets so install was easy. Update: 1 year has passed since I ordered the softener and it's working great. Decided to order an Iron/Sulfur filter and a Reverse Osmosis kit. I emailed them with a couple questions prior to ordering and they responded quickly with all the information I needed. Units arrived quickly. They were pre programmed and pre lubed again so install was a breeze.

You have to do your research before attempting to install equipment like this. Don't blame the company selling you good quality items because you didn't hire a professional or don't know what you are doing.

I am assuming you bought a regular resin based system and not one of the highly questionable systems that supposedly softens by creating a magnetic field around your pipe. If you have the latter you were scammed. Resin systems do wear out over time as the resin eventually turns to mush. The resin can also get fouled by dirt and iron. So, if your system is over 10 yes old, may be time to replace it. I would suggest you get a water hardness test kit from a big box store and see if your water is hard.
