When I started this Journey with Dyer,Garofalo, Mann, & Schultz as a last ditch effort to get Social Security Disability because I have been unable to work and still am not able to work, I thought this was going to be another disappointment. However, they took on my case and after a long process I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did my claim get granted, but all along the way the staff was so very helpful and never once got frustrated with me along the whole process and they always believed in me. I would absolutely recommend them to any family or friend. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me. I am soo very grateful. Thank you soo much Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz.

My experience with Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz was excellent. The paralegals answered any and all questions I had in a timely manner. My attorney, John Smalley, is an excellent attorney who navigated through a difficult case and got me a better outcome then I could have imagined. I could not be more happy with John's performance. I also always felt that John, along with the firm, truly were invested in getting me the best possible outcome. If you need an attorney for a personal injury I would highly recommend calling Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz.

I contacted them regarding a neglect of a surgeon and was told it would cost too much for them to pursue. I'm disabled and will never work again.

Go to the office and ask if they still need help.
Yes, but it took a year for my settlement and I only got $6000 for a car accident that wasn't my fault. Totalled car, broken back, missed work. Not happy!!!
I'm new I have no idea
Hello Stan, please contact one of our auto accident attorneys at 937.223.8888.
Yes. When you call in ask for the disability or social security department.
I got lucky and got mine in 8 months. Like Jennifer said it depends on the circumstances.
