Originally I was dealing with one person who wouldn't give me a straight answer for financing after being there for hours the day prior. When he finally answered he kept asking me to come up with my husbands and I could talk to someone else. I called up the next day and spoke with the manager Dave. He knew who I was the moment he answered, told him what I needed and he got me everything by 2pm. I came up that night and he even stayed late to make sure Rick took care of me. I would 100% recommend my friends and family go up to see either Dave or Rick. They're amazing to work with and took a terrible experience and made it an amazing one!

I had many problems with my wifes car. When told of the problems and the 1350.00 cost I asked what needed to be fixed. I wanted options and to find out what absolutely had to be fixed and what didn't need fixing, vs what I could put off for later. The young man who tried to tell me was so confusing that I just said go ahead and do it all. I had a check engine light on a car for years and the car worked fine. So I'm wondering what could have been put off. I just didn't understand what needed to be fixed exactly. What ever they did must be good because my wife says it works fine. Thanks a lot. Chuck
