PT showed up once in 2 weeks. Nurse showed up twice in 2 weeks. She went through all meds and supposedly discarded all expired prescriptions. Found 2 expired prescriptions. Could have been disastrous.

I totally agree with below comment! The customer service is awful and they do cancel or tell you to find other service. They come up with a story of calling and not getting a call back. I cannot understand how that happened when the medical service was suspended until we called them back to our home. The timeline did not match up at all after the nurse coordinator so rudely advised she would no longer provide service to my family member. This company need to know they are in a business which is a life or death situation and people are sick. Compassion and caring should be in their mission. I would not recommend this place because of the customer service and not wanting to help, “you do not answer your phone.” Everyone has missed call notifications or voicemail. I believe it is a scape goat to not service people they do not want to visit in the home. To be honest you never stayed 45 mins or the full hour if you want to be so strict, check your billing.
