Good morning Julie, Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your GE dishwasher again. I do see where we replaced the door latch in December of 2019. We would need to fully diagnose the dishwasher to be sure it was the latch again, as there are a number of things that can cause the dishwasher not to start. If it was found to be the latch we certainly would recommend that you call GE to inquire into the quality of the latches as they certainly should be expected to last longer than a year. We did install the Ge factory replacement part number WD21X10490 which still shows as a current part which is available at all the parts distributors.
