I purchased a pre-owned, as-is vehicle from Courtesy. It began to have problems almost immediately. After two months of back and forth, I was able to sell the vehicle back and get 5/6 of my money back, which is pretty good considering the alternatives. I had a whole long review where I detailed things (I keep great notes) but honestly, I'm done and my soul doesn't need that kind of poison. I will say, however, I believe the gentlemen that work the sales floor at Courtesy truly care about their customers. I will also say, trust but verify. If you are interested in an as-is vehicle, have it checked by a trusted mechanic (not just the only mechanic who could see you on a day's notice) even if you're afraid you'll lose out on the vehicle.
