I've lived here since 2018 and have nothing but great things to say about my time here. Nice, quiet neighborhood, while still being just a few minutes drive from Covington/downtown Cincinnati. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating, and the very few times we've had issues with the apt, they've came to address them immediately. I highly recommend living here.

Absolutely horrible management! No help or contingency plan for people with degenerative mental health issues, say if keys are misplaced. We had to help a neighbor with an issue and there was absolutely no effort to help on management's end. They wouldn't call a lock smith, or the police, no spare keys on site, nothing. They raise rent but add little no value to the property. Very little communication from property owners about anything, including having people come into your apartment for unspecified reasons. (We were left vague notes near our door sometimes and we weren't given any details about why they were letting people into our apartment. New manager's are extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to communicate and work with. Wish I could give no stars. You would be better off renting almost anywhere else.

Stay away, I have fair credit (about 640)and was turned down. Not sure why they turned me down, cause the link in their email didn’t work. I can show proof of over 6 months of savings to rent this place… nonetheless no evictions. Etc. save your application fee.
