Cincinnati @ Omniplex location. Must say I had the perfect visit today. Was within 90 days of buying Audi2014 Q7. Battery died. “Doc” Smith and Jeff made sure the best fit battery for my car was installed. Doc sent me an informative video on the battery installation with specific tools needed for me to try it myself if I found myself in circumstance where I needed to do it myself. Jeff did the work after the correct battery was delivered from Audi. DJ offered great conversation in addition to the other gentlemen. I like these guys and have faith in them. I trust their expertise. And with my warranty will bring my car back to Carmax Service Center @ Omniplex knowing they developed a relationship with me that I trust. Special kudos to Doc Smith
