I don't want them to get unnecessary attention from my review, but let's just say they went above and beyond for our stop today. I appreciate the person who took my call, and the driver more than words can express! I forgot to grab their names, and I guess they were busy, as I did try to call back. But in an otherwise, and usually thankless job, thank you all so much! <3

I signed up for garbage pick up and pd my bill which I've only received the one bill untill now and instead of billing me every 3 months it's been 6 months which I've tried calling over and over and never get a call back and cant leave a message I shouldn't have to pay a late fee s Specially since I'm just now getting a bill .. cldnt really pay b4 because I never received a bill untill April 18 2019 .its not really fair to bill someone every 6 months when its supposed to be every 3 months guess I will make extra copies of my bill so I have a bill for the next bill cycle . I understand the receptionist has health issues but they need an answering machine or atleast have someone there to answer the phone. Other than that they are very reliable on picking up the garbage ..

I always call during working hours when I need to and can't get anyone to answer. One of my biggest issues is they often forget to pick my trash up. I see them pass right by and they don't stop for my trash when it's out in the street where it's supposed to be. It gets really annoying. I could understand mabey once but this has happened 3 times to me already
