Probably one of the worst health benefits administrators I have ever had to deal with. Their claims department doesn't even know what my insurance covers. Can't talk to a manager because a "request" has to be submitted and they never call back. I would suggest all companies avoid using them at all costs. UPDATE FROM THEIR REPLY: Why would I reach out and wait for a manager to get back to me? They were supposed to yesterday and never did. All these bad reviews for the same issue and you haven't fixed a thing. Keep your lip service about being "sorry this has been your experience" when it seems that it is everyone's experience. What a joke UPDATE: Another 2 hours wasted with customer service. Still waiting for that "claims dept manager" to call me back in 2 days which was......5 days ago. OH! And a customer service agent hung up on me! Again, avoid avoid avoid

STAY AWAY FROM HEALTHCOMP/QUANTUM! They are the absolute worst insurance companies I’ve ever had to deal with. My hospital/organization has several outstanding Healthcomp claims dating back to 2021 that are still not resolved. No matter how many times you call to get things escalated they’re never resolved. What’s worse is they also handle our employee claims and they’ve been absolutely terrible. Our Contractors are tired of the excuses. I cannot wait for this contract to be terminated. Every single recent bad review is spot on. UPDATE: Not only have I emailed the address provided several times in the comments below but our company was also given a “separate” email to help resolve the issues and after several months and various escalations nobody calls back or responds. I don’t even think managers or supervisors even exist for this company?? This company is a joke and scam. Hope they get sued to the ground. These excuses they’re giving the patients and providers is flat out ridiculous.

I worked for a company that used Healthcomp to handle and pay out claims. The employer I worked for valued their employees and the benefits were amazing. The company I worked for was wonderful. Healthcomp is not. If you are reading this and love: spending hours upon hours calling to see if claims have been processed like we have for claims that were submitted 6-8 months ago; if you love wondering WHEN and IF the insurance that you paid into will do what you are paying them to do; if you love having reps tell you they are “escalating your claim because it should have been paid” over and over again; then Healthcomp is for you. We will just be over here still waiting to be reimbursed after submitting all the documentation we’re required to, hounding the provider to submit new W-9’s, RX documentation, etc… Thanks Healthcomp for being another reason that so many providers have stopped taking insurance and no one has any trust in the insurance process.

This company is a scam! We have to call and beg and plead and still wait 10 months to be reimbursed for a covered claim. Nine times out of 10 have to call multiple times to have my claim paid and many times it hasn’t even been looked at being a few months old. Add staff, do your job. I’m paying my premium and expect proper service. I am told multiple times that my claim was being escalated and a supervisor will return my call in 3 days just to have to call again and be told I can’t talk to a supervisor and there is nothing they can do. Pay back the claims!!!

Give us a call after 12 and someone will gladly help you.

My husband is on Hospice care and is in need of full-time care. I need to continue to work so we hired a home care provider. Is this something that is covered by our insurance and if so how do we pay the bill.
