Had not been here for at least two years and I am now remembering why. Last visit in July was to have my hearing checked and I was told I would get a referral for an ENT. I was told I would need to cone back for a transference if care which was just to ask me the same questions I was asked at the last appointment. I was asked if I received the referral letter and of course I had not and I had to call myself to get an appointment with an audiologist. I do not like going to VHT because they are always disorganized and do not do what they say they are going to do. It could be the turnover of doctors, it could be the rude front desk people. After today's visit, I am still waiting for a prescription that may never come.

Worst place ever! I don’t recommend anyone come here. First off my appointments are always being canceled by them second, the receptionist(all of them) don’t even have an idea about what’s going on, I’ve been trying to give them multiple chances for 2 years they just don’t care!!! Sorry for the doctors, Especially L. Torres she’s really nice and a good doctor, please do not go.

I love them so much, I started at the clovis office but I moved so Fresno office is literally 2mins from my house. They have everything in one place and I live for it especially the chiropractor- thanks 😊
