Very poor office staff & after waiting 6 months for my scheduled appointment they canceled it after I had my blood work done. Office said they would reschedule appointment but so far I have not heard back from them. I have called office 3 times and left a message requesting a call back with no success! They don’t seem to be concerned at all about the well being of their patients. Really poor service go elsewhere if you can!

I am a returning patient to the practice. I'd be lying if I said they had horrible service during covid but then again who didn't. Now looking back I understand they were either short staffed or people just didn't care to come to work. Today when I came I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was courteous and helpful. Like they enjoyed their jobs. A totally different experience from before. My only true complaint was the wait to see my doctor. It seemed like forever but when he came in I remembered how thorough he is and I feel confident that he is the reason I am still not on dialysis. So I guess I will wait.

The front office staff on second floor is rough and spend time chatting with each other personally The bouncers at the entrance yell asking you why you’re there. The wait to see my doctor is always over an hour!
