They are hard to work with. Poor communication from each person I've encountered. Sketchy, bad attitudes and not worth dealing with. They also have units listed that are already rented out. They're super flaky and I wouldn't trust renting from them.

I’m sharing this info for a friend. A friend of mine lived there and let’s just say the property manager wasn’t the best at all. My friend went the ENTIRE winter without heat. There were times when she made complaints about radiators not being on and she was told to go buy her own heater. If I could give 0 stars I would. Was promised a storage room and she never got it. They don’t keep the upkeep of the apartment or building at all. From water bugs, roaches, spiders and etc. the tubs are old and rusty and so are pipes so dirty water will come out before clean water does. Shower water doesn’t get completely hot. Neighbors steal packages. My friend saw them have someone come maintenance the buildings 1 time out of the whole year she was there. We believe the property manager was racist and has treated my friend and other black tenants unfairly.(first post was taken down probably because Ed doesn’t wanna be exposed for the terrible property manager he is)(he’s deleted it for the second time now he doesn’t want the truth out) ED FIELD IS A TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGER

I recently moved to a building managed by this company, downsizing from a house I had lived in for 20 years, and had underestimated the amount of things I had. As a result I had to place a few things outside of the designated storage unit until I was able to either sort through them and/or find a good home for them. Other tenants had items placed outside the designated storage units as well. I was given warning by Mecca Ryan that I had 30 days to clear the items or they would be thrown in the trash. I was told I could rent additional storage space on location. I tried to contact her 3 times over a 2 week period, leaving voicemails, and never received a return call. As a result, I was left with no option but to rent additional storage space elsewhere, which is inconvenient, and it cost the condo association additional income. I will not broadly say the management company is at fault, but if I could give our representative a negative rating I would. She is rude, non-responsive, combative and has outright lied in correspondence between myself, the unit owner and the board regarding her handling of this issue. It's unacceptable for a business in the service sector to have employees conduct themselves in this way.
