The office couldn't figure out how to properly submit to my insurance for payment, and after I called to cancel an upcoming appointment with them for fear I'd owe them even more, they're practically stalking me! Fantastic urologists, but not if the front desk won't let them be.

My doctor and his nurse are amazing however the secretaries who answer the phone not all of them but some are very rude and need to learn how to talk to and treat patients with respect on the phone.

Worst experience ever! They charge you personally if you don't keep up with your appointments but they always keep rescheduling my appointment due to "technical issues." My appointment was rescheduled four times, and I had to be referred to a different clinic. The doctor, Abraham Glazer was absolutely unqualified to care for patients. He was extremely rude and was clearly not content with his job. Constant scoffing and eye-rolling made it an uncomfortable visit. I would never recommend him to anyone that I know. In addition, staff is very unprofessional and should strive to improve their customer service. This is unexceptional for a clinic that is centered around one specialty.
