You are better off going to urgent care if you need immediate care. Phone calls take 20 minutes to answer. Prescriptions continuously getting lost or sent to the wrong pharmacy. Will be switching providers.

I just became a new patient here with Dr.Ohira, but I've been with Unity a long time. I find the staff at Chili family medicine to be very polite and kind, Dr.Ohira takes his time with you which is nice. I also really love that they seem to have more availability than my last doctor's office which was always a struggle for me.

UNPROFESSIONAL!! I made it within the first 15 minutes of my appointment & they insisted that I rescheduled or came back 2 hours later because dr. Tamura took it upon herself to go on to her next patient within my appointment time an appointment I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks. Never had a good experience coming here, don’t waste your time.
