Dirty, smelly and roaches. Booked a king for two nights with Quality Inn they complained about Choice hotels member site over booking so they sent us next door to Best Western Continental Inn with a queen said best they could do. Said was fresh remodel. Coffee machine in room was broken from missing pieces. Boyfriend killed 3 roaches. Little couch in room was blackened with dirty arm rests. This hotel is absolutely junk and gross

I actually loved the location to this one it was nice, clean and I felt safe. I travel very often Dr work, being a woman makes me uneasy stay anywhere away from home, so i was exhausted and went deep sound asleep, usuallyl I don't feel as safe at other hotels and this one did! Nice parking spaces, can do better with front desk staff perhaps showing a bit more hospitality!!

At arrival the front desk was in argument with a guest trying to check in. The manager was too busy and could not assist is what we were told. After check in we go up to our room, I booked a non smoking room. It smellled horrible, clearly has been used by smokers. The sheets were stained with blood. The paking lot is full of people clearly not hotel guests. No towels in the room, we were told the washing machines were broken. No big deal, we we went back down to try to get new sheets on the bed, the employees were in an argument in the parking lot. We could not get sheets replaced/different room for non smoking. The employees in the argument were from the neighboring hotel, however earlier at check in those same employees were at Best western. We had booked 2 nights, we only stayed for 1. We only stayed because all the hotels were booked for the night. Thankfully Hotels.com was great about getting me a refund for the 2nd night. The next day the front desk lady did not seem surprised we were checking out early.

I have stayed here times already and so far everything is good. Staff have been friendly, the room clean, the bed comfortable and the continental breakfast is really good and good size compared to other Hotels that have continental breakfast. My second stay my friend and I walked in and was unpacking i went to plug in my phone and outlet was not working plus a few didn't have a cover. So i called the front desk to report it and they say maintenance we get right on it. So my friend and i walked over to Danny's to get food and the time we came back was all fixed with new plugs and covers ☺
