I have not been to the property yet, but if the excellent customer service that I have received on the phone is any indication then this place will be one amazing storage facility!. Both the initial reservation consultant (Laurie/Lorie) whom I spoke to and the property manager (Crystal) were more than happy to answer all of my questions and make sure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision on what would best fit my needs. I have never even been to the property and I already feel like a valued customer!
