Giving my fair opinion as of now, I took a car I liked for a drive the asking price is way too much for me. The trunk wouldn't open, said it would be fixed before I brought it home. Gave me a fair price on my vehicle. The company brought the car from Wolcott to Webster and made it easy for me to see it, really appreciated that. The sales man wasn't too pushy but, I haven't heard from him since I was there over a week ago. I do appreciate the family vibe they have going on. I have heard horrible stories about them, I still went anyways. I know a bunch of people who bought from them. I am better going for a newer vehicle since the used car prices are way out of control. (Not on the company) I would recommend atleast talking to them if you are looking for what they have.

It started off well, my dealer was patient and kind. Pick up day, the car now has a rattle. I was told “ it’s ok it goes away when the car warms up” um no, they tightened the heat shield, seemed fine. Then a rattle started under the car again, they said they couldn’t hear it. Alignment couldn’t be done, have to go to a Ford dealer to have fixed. Then they told me the recall was already taken care of. Per ford, it was not, so now I have to go to ford and get that done as well. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Nothing but problems with the car and I haven’t even made my first payment yet!!!!
