I don't often share reviews but.... Awesome experience! My 1st time at Jiffy Lube #3765 (Herndon & Blackstone, Fresno, CA) & I'm locked in for the future! Kalvin, Michael, Alex, Daniel and company are exemplary! In & out in less than 30 minutes in the middle of a cold rainy day. I was greeted with an umbrella escort to the waiting area, they took my info, suggested I take a seat, and before I knew it, I was on my way! Professional, courteous, efficient & polite! Customer service is not dead in Fresno, people!!! Thanks guys!
