"Hot-N-Ready" is never hot-n-ready. If I wanted to wait 20 mins for a pizza then I'd just go to domino's and get a better pizza.

Came here about 20 minutes till close and the older gentleman working was so nice and friendly. They personally brought our pizzas out to our car and they were hot and fresh

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and waited 15 minutes for it, the guy brought it to my truck, but it was burnt, and didn't have sauce or cheese on half the pizza, so I went inside and asked if I could trade it for another pizza, and the guy told me he would have to ask, like he wasn't aloud to fix the problem. Then he gave me the another pizza worst than the one I brought back, so I told him it was the same way, and he said I was wack, and didn't know what to tell me. He said it like he was trying to punk me or something like I was just gonna take the pizza because he said so. Then I asked for the manager who never came up front, and the guy said I was gonna have to wait for another pizza. Them kids don't care about customer service, or respect the place they work at. This place has really gone down hill. Also they took some cheese bread I took back last week and put it right back in the hot and ready trays. I could have done some nasty stuff to those cheese sticks, but they don't care. These kids need a lesson.

I placed a large order 2 days in advance for pickup between 1 and 105. I walked in at 107 when the parking lot finally got cleared to get into and park. They canceled my order and gave all my pizzas away. It was 45 minutes til I had guests showing up for a party for what was supposedly accidentally voided in system. When I said well where are my pizzas then because if you just accidentally did that as im walking in the pizzas should be prepared. But he gave them away to an umpire to take to softball fields. Then I'm the bad guy because it's for the kids. Well so was mine that I paid over $100 for and purchased with well enough notice not walking in at the last minute. They're response was well we refunded your money. I guess they expected my to hand cash out to our guests cause the money did nothing when I won't get back til at least mid week and no food for guest with at that point less than 30 minutes until party. If they can't honor pre-orders they shouldn't accept them.
