Bottom of the barrel. Pharmacy wants you to pick up prescription in their time frame. Even when told do not fill the prescription they fill it and then constantly text to tell you to pick up. They want to give you 6 days to pick up a prescription or they will need another prescription issued by doctor. Lacking of mentality when they were told not to fill.

I had to go get a prescription on a Sunday after an urgent care visit. When I got there, I was told 15 minutes. So I waited and gave them an extra 5-10 minutes. I went back to the counter and a different person was there and was told 10 more minutes. So I again gave them 5-10 minutes more than asked. When I go up there the 3rd time, they finally tell me they were out. It would have been fine had they told me that after the 1st time. They wanted me to come back the next day so I just asked them to transfer it to another 24 hour location.

Monica was very kind and patient while I was stopped by this location. She is an excellent employee and made great conversation during check out. Thank you Monica, you're awesome! The store is also very clean, well-stocked, and organized! I had no issues whatsoever.

Francine in the Pharmacy is pathetic, her customer service is the worst I have ever seen by far... I am impressed that CVS would employee such an unkind, disrespectful person. Each and every time we have to pick up prescriptions or have a question she is none caring, as is most of the Pharmacist too. You would think for the amount of money we spend here they could at least treat us like human beings. If I was able to get my sons prescription elsewhere in a timely matter I would definitely never return.
