I do not think the customers service is good, not much help from the teller. It seemed like she wanted you out of her face, like get lost. My advice is listening to your client before saying NO to everything.

I came in at a busy time during my lunch break. I was put off at first because only one employee was helping customers while the others just watched him. However, once Mr. Juan was able to help me, he really turned the experience around. I appreciate how efficient he was and how quickly I was able to get everything I needed done within one transaction with him. I’ll go back, but only when he’s working.

Their hours state they have drive up banking available before the bank opens at 9, but there will always be a sign blocking that lane of the drive through tell you to use the atm instead.

Never, never, never, and I mean NEVER use thier ATM... Period. While attempting to use the atm it charged my debit card for $500 and didn't even give me my money. Then while calling the customer service (number listed on the ATM) to report the incident they decide to tell me they cannot do anything about it, that my bank (I bank elsewhere thank God) has to fight it, and if they do see an issue they will release my money back to me after 2 weeks. 2 weeks? Are you kidding me? It took less than two seconds for Chase to show they took from my bank account, yet they are going to now hold my money hostage for 2 weeks??? Trash... Just trash...
