As an expat, I've never experienced a Dollar Store before. After about 5 min in the store, my 15-year old son expressed it this way, "This is scary. Let's get out of here". How can so many things be so incredibly cheap. It just can't be right. Someone must be getting "hurt" in the process. The epitome of the consumer society - use and throw away. Downright scary!

I honestly love this store, I could look around for hours at all the things they have. Sometimes the shelves are a bit bare but with the amount of people shopping, I totally understand why. I think they could use a couple more employees to just stock the store. Overall love it !!

Logical Reasoning

DOLLAR TREE--Please keep current the operational hours posted, both, online and offline. [Nov 2021] My wife and I checked store hours through Maps, then drove all the way across town only to find parking lot empty and sign on door stating that open hours were 11am-7pm. Was very disappointed that our gas and time were wasted. Update [12/07/2021]: hours were changed on this app by Dollar Tree a week ago, so hopefully they're current and trustworthy.

I've always liked this store. Yes it's cheap and yes the product you buy here often reflects it, but I often find myself pleasantly surprised with some of my purchases. Also the fact that everything is a dollar or less makes it that much easier for me to keep track of exactly how much I'm spending if on a budget. This store isn't quite what it used to be but it has a ton of potential and I hope it goes back to it's glory
