Well me and my son were here at this location today needed to get a few thing into storage. I made a reservation spoke to Susie and Jennifer helped me complete my rental. They were both nice good customer service nice attitude and attentive thank you both Jennifer and Susie !!! Keep up the positive vibes!!!

I was picking up an auction unit online Susie and Jennifer were very helpful and made the process very easy everything was ready we met at the unit and cleaned it out the same day. There was a irate customer in front of us giving them a hard time over something that’s beyond their control what I can see they were following company guidelines and they were upset standing there arms folded and saying profanity because they couldn’t get a special of some sort . I was very happy with the service I had today very nice and professional staff thank you ladies !

Katy was very nice but insisted that i give her a 5 star review just because. She didn't take me seriously when i told her how my name is pronounced and she was holding in her laughter when i expressed how i felt about that. As for the storage place, there were only a few cars loading things but all the dollys were taken so the wait was annoying but manageable.
