I called to book a room through the 800 number. Room was $111 for a king suite. Asked agent was this hotel pet friendly she says yes of course. Get to the hotel guy at the front desk hands me a document I asked what's this he said its for incidentals. I quickly signed. No mention of a pet fee. I get an invoice to my email showing a $75 pet fee. Neither agent mention this. I would have never stayed there if it was verbally said. I think this is how they get over. $75 is almost the cost of another room. I called customer service to try to dispute the charges to no avail. The hotel should not call it pet friendly but add a note saying pets welcome but with a pet fee. I am very unhappy about my experience there. My puppy is 7 pounds and he is in a cage when we travel. Wth...

Service is great at this location. I was here on a 10 day stay and they were great. Everyone was very polite and anything I needed they helped. The front desk all 3 shifts amazing! Manager Marco is super cool. The head suite keeper Kelvin he was very amazing... The room had everything I needed for my 10 day stay. I will stay here next time in town for work 100%... Good coffee 24hrs Breakfast was decent w/ choices Pool was clean/grill area ALWAYS cleaned Rooms clean Parking well lite and safe

It was worth every penny. We had the best experience. The location is perfect. The rooms are beautiful, and very clean. I am very particular about cleanliness of rooms in hotels. This hotel is very clean and I mean it. This is not a paid review. We got there bcos the hotel we booked initially was a mess. The breakfast was superb, The service was excellent. We will definitely be back

Perfectly Imperfect

Good stay. Bathrooms are kinda small. Also the bedding for pull out couch pillows weren’t changed. The bedding was clean just not the pillow cases. Felt safe at this location. Everything was clean.! Would definitely stay here again.!
