The garden in the back is lovely, it’s even lit up at night. I appreciated the outdoor seating options, too. We loved the outdoor pool! Our room was clean and sufficient. Great front desk customer service. Customer service at breakfast was beyond great. Terrible experience with the hostess at the restaurant inside the hotel. We paid for our drinks and then left without eating dinner. We would stay at the hotel again!

We stayed here overnight. I ordered a steak and prawns via room service. The steak was prepared well and quickly delivered. Unfortunately, the food was delivered in plastic containers without proper silverware. They supplied a miniature very cheap cheesy plastic fork and knife to cut and eat the steak. Think the lowest quality that can be found. I went to my car to get a pocket knife and a more substantial plastic fork. I felt this was very wrong and quite unacceptable. The room was clean but the coffee maker had mold in the water reservoir but this was happily corrected by the staff. Breakfast in the morning was included. The price of the room seemed a bit high for a Best Western yet the experience for an overnight stay was not appreciably better than a regular Best Western. Perhaps if stayed longer we might have appreciated the laundry or other facilities. We have another trip in a few weeks and we will look for a more economical Best Western along Highway 5.

I have been staying her a few days a week for the last 5 weeks while I am in town for business. I am extremely happy with everything about this place! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Chris, the GM is top notch at customer service! You can tell he is all about making sure his guests are taken care of. 1847 is amazing...Props to the Chef! The afternoon front desk clerk is wonderful. I feel so many of the employees have went above and beyond with each stay. I have even chatted with one of the housekeepers, Beth D., and she was so sweet. Keep up the great service!

Fantastic Hotel! Staff super! Quiet, Clean, great Breakfast! Beds very comfy, Rm sizes are perfect! Lebanon is a neat little town! Not far from freeway few miles! But that's what makes this perfect! Beautiful Little Japanese Garden! Can't say enough about the staff they are super friendly & helpful!
